Hi, I’m Lisa Sanders — founder of Inner Masterpiece Wellness.

After years of working in human resources, coaching, leadership development, and employee wellness, I felt called to create a more heart-centered approach to supporting people through stress, overwhelm, burnout, and life transitions.

Inner Masterpiece Wellness brings together my passion for mindfulness, emotional wellness, creativity, gentle movement, and intentional living.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and supportive — blending practical wellness tools with reflective experiences that help people reconnect with calm, clarity, and themselves.

I believe wellness does not have to be perfect or complicated. Sometimes healing begins with simply slowing down, taking a breath, and creating space to listen inward.
